If you need to return an item to us, please fill in our returns form.
Please mention the reason of returning the product and provide order number.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days after receipt. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted by Le Mouv.
All items should be returned in their original packaging. The boxes should be kept intact, as they are considered part of the product.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same package for shipment, to make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
To cancel your order, please contact us directly.
If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. All items purchased in our store are not eligible for a refund only for store credit or we will exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

- – The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- – The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- – The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
- – Please include whether you want an exchange/store credit refund in your parcel.
- – If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a store credit or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I have not received my order
If your order has taken longer than a two weeks to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact us and we will be able to inform you further.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
